Marine Operation System (MOS) is an integrated port operations application designed to manage the entire vessel berthing service process. It covers vessel scheduling, pilotage and tugboat allocation, operational cost estimation, actual activity recording, and billing management.

MOS integrates with Inaportnet, Indonesia’s electronic single-window system for port services, which facilitates data exchange and coordination among relevant government agencies and port stakeholders involved in vessel and cargo services.

MOS also features a Mobile App for Pilots to support field operations and host-to-host payment integration to streamline electronic payment processing and transaction status confirmation.
